Analytics value isn’t just financial—it’s relational. Traditional ROI frameworks often miss how analytics shapes trust, behavior, and decision-making across the business. When leaders treat value as only a math problem, they risk overlooking the cultural and human dynamics that determine whether impact takes root. In this session, IIA Expert and seasoned analytics leader Amit Mohindra shares how to reframe analytics ROI to reflect not just measurable outcomes, but the relationships that sustain them.
This session will explore:
Why traditional ROI models fall short in capturing real enterprise impact
How to align analytics success with business expectations and relationship dynamics
Practical ways to tell credible, business-relevant value stories, especially when dollars aren’t the whole story.
